Spousal/Partner Maintenance
Spouse maintenance involves financial support paid within a relationship, marriage of defacto if one member is unable to support themselves. We offer advice on whether your partner has a responsibility to financially assist you, or whether your partner meets the criteria. We can also make applications to the Family Court or Federal Magistrates Court to address the maintenance of a relationship.
